We love the hotel and it will be our first choice when we return
“Am still at the hotel as I write this, it is raining but still enjoying the break in this lovely hotel. Super clean, helpful staff, and our vip sea view room was great. A couple of issues though – there is no kettle in the room, we had to go and buy our own. Luckily we brought tea and coffee with us. It seems ridiculous that guests would have to get dressed and go search for a drink rather than enjoy a cup on the beautiful balcony. If you have a travel kettle, bring it. There have been negative comments regarding the food. The difference in price between b and b and full board on our deal was very small, it worked out that each lunch and dinner cost £1.60 per person. The food provided was incredible for that price, as much as you could eat with large amounts of choice. To complain about it is silly. Buy the deal, eat out if you’re not happy. We found something tasty every day, fish turkey and rabbit are regular features, maybe too regular. No pepper on the table, you have to ask for sachets. Why?
The location is perfect, a short stroll from the old town one way or a pleasant walk along the seafront the other, with a large supermarket should you need it.
