“A very nice clean friendly Hotel
Went here for 10 nights booking direct with the hotel. We were half board but arrived after late meal. The receptionist wanted to feed us saying she would plate us up two dinner plates. That shows you how nice they are, and arrival was very easy.
Room was sea view and it was. Basic room with cupboards, beds and tables etc. Bathroom with the usual shower toilet etc. Air con on all the while, but was needed at 38 degrees most days.
Stand out was how clean it all was, and cleaned daily. Excellent.
Half board but you could swap lunch for dinner and other way, mix it up..we did once, but it was a very nice option.
Usual Spanish food for breakfast, not English bacon but something that similar but I would say fried ham , a suitable substitute, but was English sausge some days, plenty of eggs toast, fruit etc.
Dinners were varied, again plenty of Spanish food, one good night seemed a fish night with plenty of king prawns and mussels . Other nights Swordfish, other un named fish, pork chops, other meats. Salads hams, cheese, loads to choose from.
Sadly though its a very small restaurant and you may need to find a suitable time. 1st breakfast and 1st dinner I gave it to much space, went at 9.30am 9.15pm..manic
Best times and I stuck to them 8.05am and 8.05pm.
The hotel is in old Benidorm and seemed a very much Spanish hotel for Spanish people. I only heard 1 set of English speaking people in all 10 days, which was quite nice.
Overall this was an excellent stay.”
