Everything is now ready for your return; we are closer every day to the big moment. We want you to have a happy and comfortable holiday at Hotel Montemar.

We have based our effort on these 3 essential pillars:

  • Reinforcement and intensification our cleaning programs
  • Social distancing measures
  • Use of masks in common areas.

 

We want your stay with us to be pleasant, therefore we feel the need to explain the measures that we have adopted to make you feel safe among us:

In the entire hotel:

  • We have placed hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the entrance of the lifts and in all the accesses to common areas.
  • We have methacrylate screens at the Reception and the Restaurant counter.
  • You will find signs on the floor and walls to maintain social distance.
  • The taps in all common toilets are activated by infrared sensors.
  • Contactless card payment at points of sale.
  • We have intensified cleaning in all areas of the hotel and especially in critical areas: lifts, corridors, handrails, stairs, doorknobs, etc.
  • Our lifts are programmed to control their maximum capacity, avoiding stops on intermediate floors.

 

In the Restaurant, Bar and Terraces:

  • We have limited the capacity and we have separated the tables to maintain a greater distance between clients.
  • The Buffet is assisted by our restaurant staff.
  • Our staff will attend you wearing gloves and masks.
  • Tables and chairs are disinfected more frequently.

 

In the rooms:

  • Cleaning and disinfection with virucidal products (approved by the Spanish Ministry of Health)
  • Reinforcement of cleaning on surfaces with frequent contact: TV remote controls, card holders, switches, etc.
  • The hotel linen: sheets, towels, bedspreads, etc. are washed at more than 60ºC.
  • Sealed and disinfected toilets.
  • We leave our check-out rooms locked for 48-72h until the arrival of the new client.

 

Our staff wears the appropriate personal protective equipment, their temperature is taken before starting their work and they will undergo specific security and hygiene training

 

Therefore, Hotel Montemar has been recognized with the “Tourism Covid-19 Protocol On” seal. Having this seal implies that Hotel Montemar has declared to comply with each and every one of the requirements of the responsible declaration checklist. (click to read more)
